Midwifery Care
Bend Birth Center is pleased to offer licensed midwifery care serving the greater Bend area. We specialize in individualized visits focusing on education and counseling while providing continuous hands-on assistance during labor and delivery, postpartum support and newborn care. We provide one-on-one care in a loving and respectful environment. We offer home and birth center delivery.
By practicing informed-choice care, Bend Birth Center midwives share the latest evidence regarding pregnancy and labor. Clients then decide and create their own individualized path of care.
We work collaboratively with an amazing community of pregnancy and postpartum specialists, including having a lactation consultant on staff.
We offer lab work done in-office and can refer you to local radiologists for ultrasounds. We offer the standard schedule of visits prenatally as well as extensive postpartum care including having those visits taking place in the comfort of your own home.
